Premiere Solutions LLC is a growing fleet services, equipment procurement and management consulting firm. Our mission is to simplify the fleet and equipment procurement process and to maximize efficiencies for our clients.

As an aviation and automotive fleet specialist, our goal is to serve our clients—whether a national firm, a local business or an individual—as their ONE SOURCE for researching and securing transportation services and products. Public utility companies will find Premiere a preferred choice for purchasing and renting specialty equipment or for functioning as their SmartMeter distributor. Many businesses can benefit from our customized management services to improve both operations and fleet performance, security, safety and communication.

Officially recognized as a Small Business Enterprise, we serve the corporate, government, small business and private sectors throughout the U.S.A. Premiere is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the California Public Utilities Commission's (CPUC) Utility Supplier Diversity Program. (The CPUC authored GO156 to establish goals and rules governing the development of programs to increase participation of women, minority and service-disabled veteran business enterprises in procurement by utilities.)

Our CEO, Tracy Porter, used first-hand expertise in the automotive industry—as a dealership principal and consultant—to expand the company’s personal concierge services and to launch our commercial operation. He has over 14 years of corporate marketing and management experience and is a graduate of Wharton University's Business Executive Management Program. Tracy earned his B.A. in Business Administration (minor in Finance) from Louisiana State University. Other accreditations include:

Premiere Solutions offers our clients convenient and secure merchant payment and processing options. We generally do not offer refunds; however, exceptions may be made in special circumstances for a refund in the same manner paid. All refunds are subject to management approval.
